Cancellation Policy
- Hassle-Free Cancellation Requests: We offer a hassle-free cancellation request option within the order panel. You can submit your cancellation request directly from there, or you can email or call us to cancel your order.
- Convenience Fee: A non-refundable convenience fee is charged on orders canceled by the buyer. If the order is canceled by us, the full order amount will be refunded. This charge only applies if the buyer cancels the order and requests a refund.
- Cancellation Charges: A 2% convenience fee will be deducted for orders canceled by the buyer before shipping, and a 5% charge will apply if the order is canceled by the buyer after shipping. A 3% charge will be deducted if the buyer wants to modify the order after shipping, and no charges will be applicable for order modifications before shipping. These charges will be adjusted from the refund amount. If the buyer opts for a refund, it will be initiated once we receive the product in the same condition as it was shipped.
- Exceptions: The charges mentioned above only apply if the buyer initiates the request. No charges will be applicable if we initiate the cancellation or modification.
- Warranty-Related Complaints: For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer. RigsOfIndia is committed to assisting its customers and has a liberal cancellation policy in place.
Return/Refund Policy
- Return/Refund Requests: We accept return and refund requests only if the product is damaged, the wrong product was sent, the product is dead on arrival, or the product is defective. Buyers have 3 days (7 days for complete PC set purchases) after delivery to inform us of any dispute in the order to claim a return or refund. Buyers must bring the issue to our attention by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.
- Gaming Chair Policy: For gaming chairs, only part replacements are applicable if the product is defective or damaged. No refunds will be provided for gaming chair orders.
- Product Seal: If the product seal is opened and the product is not faulty, returns/refunds will not be applicable.
- Missing Parts/Accessories: Return/refund requests will be canceled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.
- Packaging: Buyers should retain packaging material until the return window is open, as it will help them repack the product in its original form to avoid damage during transit.
- Proper Packing: Products must be packed as they were received by the buyer. Do not apply tapes or glue directly to the product or product box, as this may lead to the cancellation of your return request.
- Accessories: All accessories delivered with the product must be returned in the same manner and along with the product.
- Refund Method: If payment was made through our payment gateway, refunds will be processed to the same account used for payment. For Bank Transfer and COD orders, refunds will be issued to the buyer’s bank account. Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
- Bajaj EMI Orders: A 5% charge will be deducted from the order value/total amount if payment was made using Bajaj EMI, and the order is canceled by the buyer.
